According to Asian Restaurant Guide ‘The Miele Guide 2009/2010’ (launched in 2008). Rainbow Seafood Restaurant is voted one of Asia’s 450 best restaurants; which 39 are based in Hong Kong, of that only 14 are Chinese cuisine. Rainbow Seafood Restaurant was applauded for their food quality, dining environment and services in compliance with international class level.
Assessments are made by professional food critics, journalists and the Miele’s in-house team to determine the best 450 restaurants in Asia. Miele’s criteria of reviewing consists of food quality, restaurant atmosphere and service level.
